Free Shipping within Australia on most items.* Items with free shipping will have that option when viewing the item in your cart.

Larger items will require a shipping quote. This can be requested via email to shop@styletemple.com.au or on (03) 5975 7432, outlining the item and delivery destination.

International Shipping can be arranged, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

Items are usually dispatched within 24hrs, subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

A confirmation email will be sent with tracking numbers for your parcel.

Returns.

Request for returns should be made by email to narelle@styletemple.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Items may be returned, if any of the following occur:
Item delivered was not as described.
Item was damaged during transporting and can not be repaired.
The wrong item was delivered.
Style Temple does not provide refunds or credits for a change of mind.

Style Temple reserves the right to offer in-store credit or goods to the equivalent value, only at it’s own discretion and agreement and provided:

The goods are returned within 14 days of the date they were purchased.

The original sales receipt must be presented, otherwise we cannot offer any refund or return.

The goods are unused and returned in the same condition as when you purchased them.

The goods are returned in their original packaging, complete with all tags, stickers, manuals attached​.

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds or credits.
